OK so we can't provide the keys to a brand new Chevrolet El Camino and tell you it's sitting out in your drive, waiting to be taken for a spin by yours truly, but we can provide a gorgeous bottle of red, which shares the same name. But this is no time to feel disappointed, dear customer, for we believe the decadent richness, plush velvety finish and vibrant red flavours will give you a ride that is equally as smooth and far less cheaper to run. See, aren't you glad we chose the wine instead!

"Tempranillo is Spain’s quintessential, indigenous ‘Noble Grape’. It appears in 28 of the 54 Denominations of Origin. However, it’s most famous expression is in the rich, velvety red wines of La Rioja."

Rioja, located in Northern Spain, is one of the most renowned wine regions in Spain, earning the highest recognition for appellations in 1991 as a Denominación de Origen Calificada (D.O.Ca.). The red wines for Rioja age gracefully and are known today for a distinctive style of winemaking focusing on flavour and expression of individual blends reflective of the real history of Rioja.

It produces great quality wines, which are well balanced and aromatic with medium acidity and alcohol content. Its colour is very stable with moderate fruity acidity, pleasant aromatic perspective (black plums, cherries, raspberry) and excellent aging competences.

The El Camino is an expressive medium bodied Rioja with hints of vanilla and flavours of cherries and fresh raspberries, which invade the palate and complement a variety dishes from grilled meats to seafood.
