Good land is hard to come by, to the east of the San Francisco Bay. It's like a modern-day gold rush except gold is now proximity to Silicon Valley. Strange when you think about it because surely tech companies, by their nature, can operate out of any location so why don't they just move somewhere cheaper? They're always threating to do it when we ask them to pay taxes or whatever.
If they were to move to cheaper pastures that would be wonderful for us, as there would be more space to make amazing Californian wines like Oro Bello. That present creamy tropical fruit aromas range from pineapple to kiwi with Meyer lemon notes. The mouthfeel is smooth, fresh and balanced with well-integrated toasted oak. A much better use of space than some dude trying to launch an app that is essentially Uber but with Helicopters.
