It was a bit of a whirlwind ride for old Boba Fett in that galaxy reasonably far away, that extended time ago. Things we're looking alright; he turned Hans Solo into a creepy bronze 3D portrait, he got to hang with Jaba the Hut and you know his parties are straight out of Tatooine! It started to go downhill though, mostly because he got eaten by that big sand pit Venus fly trap guy. After that ordeal, Boba wanted to get back to nature, unwind after all the bounty hunting. He settled on a small planet satelliting an insignificant star and began making a Monastrell blend in a completely natural way. What did he name it? Bobastrell of course! You should try it, it's out of this world (come on, we just had to)!

Pedro Olivares’ path in the wine world has been unstoppable. Many define him as an endless traveller, crazy for nature, that does not stop in his attempt to innovate.

It is probably his own experience that best describes the creation of his wines, and how he ventures into large projects, or conversely, in projects with a limited market presence. This contrast has placed Pedro in a particular position, which already has some experts talking.

He has been dedicated to travel, to experience, to learn and to love his work. New Zealand, Australia, California, Italy, Brazil, Central Europe, etc … each of these places have given him wisdom and great friends.

Pedro is not motivated by public acclamation or awards, but by knowing that the person that has the pleasure of tasting his brand understands that behind it, there is an indescribable duel between the soil and man. Bobastell is made with Organic viticultural practices form vines 100yrs of age and older. The wines are fermented with wild yeasts and are aged in old oak 500 ltr barrels for 4-6 months. No fining, no filtration, no sulphur so the wines are pure and completely unadulterated.
