Since 1997, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot could be found in the vineyards of winery Querciabella, assisting local Sangiovese by lending some structure and dark fruit intensity. They've done a fantastic job; not only are the vineyards free of crime, they're also free of herbicides and pesticides! If only Cab and Merlot could clean up Gotham...
