Going since 1724, Rémy Martin are one of the most respected names in Cognac and their XO is a sumptuous blend of opulent aromas and velvet textures. Rémy Martin XO Excellence is composed of eaux-de-vie coming exclusively from the most sought-after vineyards of Cognac: Grande Champagne (85%) and Petite Champagne (15%). These eaux-de-vie offer exceptional ageing potential and those used were all aged for between 10 and 37 years. Fiery mahogany in colour, it has ripe notes of figs and candied orange, toasty hazelnuts and touches of jasmine.
