Rosemarie comes from the South of France, close to the Mediterranean, a land of sunshine, olive groves, lavender… and rosemary. You will love the delicate freshness of this Rosé full of fruit and elegance that adapts to almost any dish or occasion.
The pale pink colour is reminiscent of the light sandy soil where the grapes were grown and the fine, elegant bubbles are an invitation to taste the wine. The nose is refined and subtle, with lovely aromas of sweet almond and roasted pine nuts. The bouquet also features discreet floral nuances such as violet and rose. On the palate, the wine is fresh and thirst-quenching, with acidity providing excellent balance. The bubbles are delicate and the flavour profile includes redcurrant and dried fruit.
