This 11% ABV wine douses the palate with dry, intensely fruity and harmoniously flavours that showcases an emphasis on floral bouquets.
The Salatin Winery is a family run company, at its third generation, they are located on the eastern part of the Veneto region, on the borders between DOCG Prosecco Valdobbiadene and DOC Prosecco Frizzante areas.
A stone dated 1528 is testimony of the existence of the Salatin family here. Brothers Sir Antonio and Ercole Salatin began their wine-making business in 1947, in places much loved by the Doges of the Republic of Venice. Driven by their love of vine growing, their children and grandchildren run the business today. The estate extends over 60 hectares with vineyards in the Prosecco hills, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Grave del Friuli and DOC Venezia area.
