This undergoes a long fermentation and slow distillation process, and maturation in hand-selected American and European oak casks, which produces a smooth and naturally rich single malt whisky. Deep gold in colour, with a light to medium palate boasting notes of sweet apple, coffee and molasses, with a lingering, pleasurably warm finish, this is a real delight.
A smoky, apple-y, toffee-y dram, this could only be one thing… Alter Ego: Guy Fawkes; The perfect accompaniment to a convivial evening around the bonfire, it'll keep you warm and has smoky notes but, luckily for some, it doesn't quite blow the roof off your mouth. It is, however, inFUSED (sorry) with more gentle, fruity notes. One to remember.
