Centennial, often termed as 'Super Cascade', exhibits the character of a true classic West Coast IPA. A little crystal malt builds a robust malt base to give a soft caramel-toffee undertone; Centennial hops then overlay it with pronounced pithy grapefruit and resin bitterness.
Centennial takes us to sunny California and the West Coast revolution. The boundaries of beer were pushed, bitterness was dialled up, and hops became the centre of attention.
Time Hops looks at some of the world’s favourite hops and the impact they’ve had on beer as we know it. To bring this story to life, they've created four unique hop-forward beers inspired by some pivotal moments in time where growers and brewers made the magic happen.
