These two hops present the rise of a new order - the hazy beer. This beer has much more body, to bring a richer texture so as to really coat your mouth with the hops. These hops have really grown to prominence in recent years and are cornerstones of the tropical fruit flavours associated with hazy beer. This is front and centre here with tropical fruit from the outset, a subtle berry note from the Mosaic, rounded out by clean, hoppy bitterness.
Time Hops looks at some of the world’s favourite hops and the impact they’ve had on beer as we know it. To bring this story to life, they've created four unique hop-forward beers inspired by some pivotal moments in time where growers and brewers made the magic happen.
