It's wise to practice a degree of caution when engaging in skin contact. You may meet someone with a terrible germaphobia who is sure to spray you with disinfectant at the slightest move in their direction or worst of all, you could meet one of those people that shake hands like a wet fish.
Sisi however, have gotten skin contact bang on. Macerating the grape skins with the juice for a brief period adds a beautiful texture to this wine that is expressive of tropical fruit, honeydew melon and acacia. Now just be careful not to jam it in to your hosts stomach as you present the bottle, while she attempts a welcoming hug.
