In August 2012, we decided to get a bit democratic on ‘yo ars’ and let you, the customer, decide whether or not we should stock Bodega Tandem’s “Ars in Vitro”. To be honest, we were a touch worried that the name would be offputting. We put the wine on tasting and asked you whether you thought it tasted like “art” or “ars”. The answer was, overwhelming that it was a masterpiece and, good as our word, we have stocked it ever since.
Compañía Vitivinícola Tandem was founded in January 2003 by Alicia Eyaralar, José María Fraile and a small group of family and friends who share a love of wine. Tandem means "at last" in Latin and represents the ambition that the two founding partners have always had to realise Tandem’s mission to make the best wines we possibly can and to be a benchmark of quality in the Navarra DO.
