Torbahaig Allt Gleann Whisky boasts aromas of blossom honey, barley sugars, fragrant smoke, gun flint and salty sea air. Closely followed by a palate of bonfire smoke, coal tar, brine alongside vanilla cream, grapefruit, lime and honey.

Torabhaig Distiller is the first new distillery on the Isle of Skye for over 190 years, and only the second ever legal distillery on the island. We describe our 'house' style as 'well-tempered peat'; we make our whisky with heavily peated barley, and then through a long fermentation and slow distillation, we create a balanced whisky with flavours of fruits, sweet honeyed notes, and all the beautiful notes such as gun flint, bonfire smoke, coal tar and oily brine.
