Whether this silence was ever broken by a loud-mouthed mouse or an unstoppable sneeze here or there, we know not. Anywa, paramount to Torre Oria is that they wine is kept safe from any light or the tiniest of tremors whilst aging, to ensure the finest Cava at the end of it. Although, conversely, this ebullient, well-structured, semi-sweet rosé seems to yell from the rooftops with its extraordinarily bright redcurrant fruit and firm body. So perhaps silence isn’t always golden…

Founded in 1897 by the Oria de Rueda family and located in the Dominion of Derramador in Requena, Torre Oria is one of the most prestigious wineries in Valencia.
This elegant sparkling Rose is flowing with currant flavours and provides a noble structure on the palate and best recommended with seafood or as an aperitif.
