The basic story of all Mad Max films is about a guy who's wine collection goes missing and as a result, he burns down half the countryside looking for it. Charging through the desert in his Ford Falcon 'Pursuit Special', Max tries to figure out which bandit is hiding in his lair, sipping his beautiful red 'The Signature', and relishing its bold dark fruit and mocha laden flavours. When Max catches up with him he's gonna get MAD.

With a juggernaut reputation, Yalumba Winery weighs in with its 160 year existence in Barossa Valley, South Australia. As the oldest winemaking family in Australia, this producer makes consistent top quality wines to the tables of all four corners of the earth. Five generations and 167 years later Yalumba, Australia’s most historic family owned winery, has grown in size and stature, embodying all that has made the Australian wine success story the envy of winemakers the world over. As one of few wineries still making their own wine barrels with an on site cooperage, Yalumba has a strong understanding of the importance of tradition. They also understand the need for innovation, as witnessed by being at the forefront on bringing new wine styles to the attention of the Australian consumer, including Viognier and Tempranillo varieties. Yalumba are also acutely aware of their potential to impact on the environment and are creating a business where responsible environmental pratices are incorporated into their everyday activities.
