The Oddbins Take

Thirst is a pretty rock and roll wine. You see, the Winery of Good Hope argue, they could've churned out these wines the same as Simon Cowell's music factory of ennui make 'musicians'. Sure, they could make the wine equivalent of a 20 something, autotuned, perceivably viral, boyband to mass market until the general public gets distracted by a tap dancing Airedale Terrier. The Winery of Good Hope however, are shooting for something a little more authentic. Who really wants to listen to a highly polished pop album when you could go watch the Ramones rock your face off at CBGBs. That's what this one is all about unfined, unfiltered, unadulterated, expressing an unapologetic crescendo of red berry fruits, herbaceous tomato-leaf and a steely finish. "Hey Ho, Let's Go!"
